any reason, solely at its discretion.
- All products, prices, availability,
specifications, etc. are/is subject to change at anytime. Ultra Direct will advise you of any price deviation(s) before shipping your order
and will need your approval before shipping.
- Products carry the limited
warranty or guaranty offered by the specific manufacturers. Most items are
covered for defect by Ultra Direct's satisfaction policy for a
period of thirty (30) days from shipment. A re-stock fee may apply to
non-defective or incorrectly ordered items. We assume no liability resulting from
the use of or associated with the products we sell. Call Ultra Direct for any needed information.
- Orders typically ship FOB Origin, and freight claims are typically the
customer's responsibility directly with the carrier. Please inquire about the
possible availability of other shipping terms.
- Note: Ultra Direct is authorized to collect non-exempt sales tax for products shipped to New Jersey locations. Exempt sales require that a proper tax certificate be on file with Ultra Direct, and you are required to forward one to us. For shipments to other states and locations, the customer may be responsible for payment of applicable sales, use or other taxes. California has gotten very strict on sales tax rules, so as of October 1, 2005 orders that ship to locations within California may be subject to sales tax, which we will add to your billing, when applicable. You should keep in mind that technically the buyer must either pay sales tax or remit a use tax to the state where they are receiving goods, in the majority of states, in most situations. Check with your appropriate taxation agency to determine your responsibility for tax payment(s).
