ULTRA Direct  wants to save you money on your computer, printer, copier and fax supplies needs and other computer products, so we invite you to order from us. Over 98% of USA orders ship the same business day as ordered, and these typically ship for next business day delivery for a total freight charge of just $4.99 !! (There are some rare exceptions... call or e-mail with any questions.) Minimum order size is $65.00.

 

We offer a number of convenient ways for you to order from us, as listed below:

1) Toll-Free USA Ordering

Call 1-800-365-8587 (or 732-364-8337) during our normal business hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, excluding company holidays, weekends, etc., to place your order with a telesales representative. This person can also help you with pre-sales information, special quotes, etc. During other than normal business hours please leave a message on our voice-mail system for a return phone call during regular hours.

2) Internet Ordering (Use Our Secure, On-line Ordering System)

Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email message at our email address of contact@ultradirect.com in standard email message (we recommend you don't send credit card information by email, include a contact phone number instead) or by using our secure, on-line ordering system, which can be accessed by clicking an item in the part number column of most web site pages. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for payment (subject to our verification and approval procedures). On-line orders must include the exact name, phone number and address of the credit card holder as well as the accurate (please double-check) credit card number, expiration date and other requested information. In the event that you feel uncomfortable about sending this information over the Internet please just indicate in your order that one of our representatives should contact you by phone for your credit card data.

We also accept valid Purchase Orders over the Internet from most mid-to-large size companies, schools districts, colleges and universities, and government agencies, and other entities as subject to our approval at our discretion.  A confirming copy of any related Purchase Order document needs to be faxed to 1-732-364-9598, also. The faxed copy marked "CONFIRMING" must be received before shipment on initial orders, but usually can be mailed or faxed on subsequent orders. All funds must be in USA dollars.

3) Fax Ordering

Please fax your order to Ultra Direct Marketing, Inc. on letterhead or official Purchase Order form to 1-732-364-9598, anytime. If utilizing Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, please include all of the information stated under "Internet Ordering" in the above paragraph.

4) Mail Orders

Send your order on letterhead or official Purchase Order form to:

5) Domestic USA And International Orders

Ultra Direct currently only processes orders issued within and shipping to the 50 states of the United States of America (USA).  International orders are not accepted at this time. Please contact us for any further information regarding this policy.

- All orders are subject to acceptance by Ultra Direct Marketing, Inc. who may accept or reject orders for any reason, solely at its discretion.

- Products carry the limited warranty or guaranty offered by the specific manufacturers. - Orders typically ship FOB Origin, and freight claims are typically the customer's responsibility directly with the carrier. Please inquire about the possible availability of other shipping terms.

- Note: Ultra Direct is authorized to collect non-exempt sales tax for products shipped to New Jersey locations. Exempt sales require that a proper tax certificate be on file with Ultra Direct, and you are required to forward one to us. For shipments to other states and locations, the customer may be responsible for payment of applicable sales, use or other taxes. California has gotten very strict on sales tax rules, so as of October 1, 2005 orders that ship to locations within California may be subject to sales tax, which we will add to your billing, when applicable. You should keep in mind that technically the buyer must either pay sales tax or remit a use tax to the state where they are receiving goods, in the majority of states, in most situations.
